How do pickup and returns work?
Pick up locally in the South Denver area or choose delivery (fees apply). Return the bag on your scheduled date so the next rider can use it (with pick-up available as well).
How do I pack my bike?
Most bikes only require removing wheels, pedals, and handlebars. A simple Allen key set is enough. I’ll send an easy packing video when booking is confirmed.
What’s included with the rental?
A premium bike travel bag (EVOC or Scion), internal straps, protective padding, and wheel pockets.

Do I need tools?
Just an Allen key set. That’s it.
Pricing, Booking & Logistics
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable $150 deposit is required.
What is the late return policy?
$10 per day. If your flight changes, just message me—I’m flexible when I can be. I really rely on on-time returns as there are other people that may have rented the bag, but if not, I’m willing to be flexible.
How early should I book?
Ideally 1–2 weeks in advance.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, as long as the bag isn’t booked by another rider.
Do you offer delivery?

Do you ship bags nationally or internationally?
No—keeping rentals local ensures you get the bag exactly when you need it.
Do you clean the bags between rentals?
Always. Every bag is cleaned and fully inspected after each use.
What counts as damage?
Normal wear is fine. Tears, broken zippers, or damage from improper packing may reduce the deposit. I’m transparent and fair.

Will airlines accept this bag?
Yes. These bags are designed for air travel. Most airlines treat bikes as standard checked baggage, but check your specific airline’s policy.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

What if the bag or bike is damaged during the flight?
Airline damage policies vary. The bags offer strong protection, but airline-related damage must be addressed with the carrier.
